TyLisa Duckett, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at First Medical Associates in Bowie, MD. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in 2019 and as a new graduate started her career on an Orthopedic/ENT unit. Two years later, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, she wanted to better serve her community and began her travel nursing career while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing at George Washington University. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree and became board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2024. TyLisa is eager to provide quality care for her patients with a warm and compassionate approach, helping them optimize their health and reach individualized goals. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
